Rape Crisis Ireland (RCI) is governed by its Board of Directors which is made up of Trustees nominated from Rape Crisis Centres and external experts with skills, experience and a passion for our mission.
RCI complies with The Governance Code for the Community, Voluntary and Charitable Sector in Ireland. We are a registered company limited by guarantee and comply with the company registration office regulations. We prepare and submit annual accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland.

Salaries & Transparency
The RCI team salaries are set at pay points equivalent to public sector Department of Justice pay scales up to assistant principle level in line with their roles, qualifications, experience and responsibility.
